Position Title: Volunteer
Reports To: Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: General Office Duties

High School diploma or GED

At least one year of clerical work experience

Ability to work 10 hours per week minimum
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Assist program staff as needed when preparing for workshops
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor?director
- Comply with all required FHF policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in operating general office equipment
- Experience in general office procedures
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Able to work independently
- Ability to lift an average of 25 pounds as required
Working Conditions
Regular office environment. Travel required. Occasional irregular hours.
